Product Features

1. The materials of whole air end are stainless steel (Both screw rotor and shell are stainless steel).
2. The ultra-high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts original imported CHINAMFG bearing, which is 6%~8% more energy saving than the ordinary motor.
3. Aerospace stainless steel rotor, high strength wear resistance, corrosion resistance 0 stress deformation.
4. Main machine shell adopts SU304, Star wheel material using CF(carbon fiber) composite, with super wear resistance, strength, toughness.
5.Super high-efficiency non-contact meshing in the compression chamber, the pioneering design of “dynamic suspension” of the star wheel, the star wheel blade is close to “0” wear, the actual normal use is affected by environmental factors in 40,000 hours of machine exhaust down about 3%.
6. All piping systems, water vapor separation drums, water filtration systems, water cooler systems and so on. All SU304 stainless steel is adopted to ensure that the system is clean, pollution-free and free from corrosion and rust.
7. The compressed air is cleaned with purified water and basically does not contain airborne particles.
